The workshop
The addres of M° Lorenzo Rossi’s workshop is Via De
Sanctis n°1, in a quarter in old milanese style. It has two
room, the first to recive the client and testing the instruments,
the second is the real workshop, where the instrument take life.
M° Rossi use personal models, inspired to the old tradition
of milanese violin makers, and the contemporary milanese school.
The choice of the wood is made personally by M° Rossi and
the processing is intirely hand made.
Many care is taken to the preparation of the wood beefore starting
the varnishing to have the best results of trasparence and color.
The varnish is done according to the old Italian recipes.
